Dependent recipients for HTML forms.
Sometimes you want to set different recipients for a form dynamically, e.g. using a selection in the form. This can be easily implemented with HeyForm.
We create a selection field. Important, the name must be “admin” if the field is to be used as a recipient field. In the values, we enter the label followed by the recipient address. This replaces the “Recipient 1” in the form, which cannot be used afterward.
The user can now fill out the form, and specify what it is about at “Type of request” and in the background, the recipient of the form is used accordingly.
